Danablu is a semi-soft blue-veined cheese, made from cow’s milk. It has a creamy and crumbly texture and tastes modestly sharp and slightly salty. Danablu is a cheese for connoisseurs and goes well with Port and stronger red wines, but also a delicacy or as base for your steak sauce. Produced in Denmark.
